| Frequently Asked Questions Q: How Affordable Is a Bus Charter? A: Our service is one of the most affordable charter bus services in the nation. Due to our overwhelming volume of business each month, we are able to offer our clients the best service, the best buses at the best prices. Q: Will I Have To Place A Deposit To Hold My Bus? A: Yes. All charter orders require a deposit to hold a bus. Deposits can be as low as $100.00. Deposits are refundable as per our agreement and contract confirmation that we provide to you. Q: How Far In Advance Should I Reserve A Bus? A: Our company recommends reserving your transportation as soon as you know you will require our service. Buses are available on a first come first served basis. As availability decreases prices are subject to change. Reserving early insures you the best selection and price. Q: Is there a discount for renting more then one bus? A: Typically, when booking 5 or more buses in a single area you will receive a quantity discount. Discounts are always dependent on availability and time of year. Q: What if my trip runs longer than expected? A: The cost of your trip is based on the itinerary that was given to us by the group organizer. If there are additional hours added to the trip you will be responsible for covering those costs. Q: Do I pay for parking or tolls? A: Parking, bridge tolls, and road tolls are not included in your cost. Q: Do I need to tip the driver? A: An industry standard is 10% of the cost of your trip and we reccommend if the driver exceeds your expectations you may tip over the 10%. You may tip the driver directly or include it in your payment. Q: Is a Minibus able to travel long distances? A: Typically, most operators will not allow a minibus to travel over 200 miles round trip. Minibuses are not built for extended travel since it makes the ride less comfortable for passengers. Q: Do I need to find a hotel room for the driver? A: Typically, it is the responsibility of the client to find a room for the driver. Often a hotel will include a complimentary room for the driver if you have a large group staying at the hotel. Q: Are you able to get buses that have handicap accessibility? A: Yes, there are buses with ADA accessibility available. These buses are based on availability. Please request that option of your Account Executive at time of booking. |
